ENGAGING VIRTUAL EMPLOYEES 

The Pandemic has unleashed the new normal of Working from Home . the culture of physical working is being threatened and fading . 

keeping everyone working together and on the same page is an important part of employee engagement and guarantee Organization  success.  



Engaging Virtual working employees is nor exhaustive to :-

1. Communicate effectively as remote employees are easily demotivated. give clear timelines and deadlines.

2.  Train regularly -  Ensure training is regular as technology will make this easy.  Now, there is no excuse for no training activities . 

3.Celebrate Employees virtually - through Virtual Happy Hours , asking to post their childhood picture friday, food recipes sharing etc

4.  Finance : ensure that there is adequate budget for remote employees to buy airtime , data and power. pay them as and when due 

5. Ask about their wellbeing frequently - it is not a time to be talking about work, work and work . Ask for how they are coping with the lockdown, mental health and stability . 

Slow the Spead, keep staying safe and Mask Off when Out
